Thibault Christophe, a teacher from Toulouse, received a handwritten letter from the French artist. A few weeks earlier, he had sent him his first novel dedicated to him.

Thibault Christophe, a university communications teacher and also a musician, is the author of a first novel entitled Diary of a fan (editions of the Pebble). Under the pseudonym LT, he tells the story of the determination of an admirer of Jean-Jacques Goldman to meet his idol. He sent his novel and a letter to the fan club of Jean-Jacques Goldman hoping that he would give it to him, but without really believing it. To his great surprise, a few days ago, a reply from the artist himself arrived in his mailbox. Jean-Jacques Goldman ends his letter thus
