Chosen to accompany the French delegation during the opening ceremony, Johnny Hallyday's song “Que je t'aime” resonates throughout the venues of the Paris Olympic Games.

Since the opening ceremony, “That I love you” has become essential in competition venues or fan zones. The song of Johnny Hallyday established itself as an anthem of the Olympic Games Paris. Leslie Dufaux, responsible for sports presentation within the Organizing Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, explains his choice to highlight Johnny's hit.

We really wanted to try to get the audience to sing and declare their love for the athletes.

The choice was wise since all audiences and all generations take to heart this melody and these simple but very French words.
