Friday April 19, Taylor Swift created an event with the release of her 11th studio album “The Tortured Poets Department”. Fans were pleasantly surprised since the singer announced at the last moment that this opus was a double album containing 31 songs instead of the 16 initially planned.
At 34, Taylor Swift became the first billionaire artist thanks to income from her music alone. His world tour, “Eras Tour” which will pass through Paris et Lyon in a few weeks, should garner a total of $2 billion in revenue.

The Department of Tortured Poets. An anthology of new works that reflect the events, opinions and feelings of a fleeting, fatalistic moment in time – a moment both sensational and sad in equal measure. This period of the author's life is now over, the chapter has closed and blocked. There is nothing to avenge, no scores to settle once the wounds have healed. And upon reflection, quite a few of them turned out to be self-inflicted. This writer firmly believes that our tears become holy as ink on a page. Once we have told our saddest story, we can be free of it.
