The complete concert will be released on August 28, 2020 in 4LP, 2CD, DVD, Blu-ray, colored vinyl, in Deluxe box set with also a Deluxe version limited to 500 copies.
Last September, the OSan Francisco Symphony OrchestraLed by Michael TilsonThomas, joined Metallica for a unique concert during the inauguration of the new Chase center. In 1999, Metallica had given a concert with the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Michael Kamen.
It was the first time that the group played these songs live and in this format since 1999, this time with bass Robert Trujillo replacing Jason Newsted.
