In an interview conducted by Cine TV Review and published this Friday July 1 for the release of his new album Origami, Julie Pietri evoked Jean-Luc Lahaye and the case of rape of minors for which he spent six months behind bars before being released on May 24. His release, however, is accompanied by some constraints: placed under judicial supervision, he is prohibited from entering into contact with the complainants and is required to report to the police station every 15 days. Julie Pietri therefore made terrible revelations about Jean-Luc Lahaye, with whom she had toured Stars 80. According to her, the producers of the time could not ignore the singer's actions:
The producers of certain big tours knew this perfectly and even came to kiss the hands of the young girls backstage. Everyone was complicit! We continued to use him, paying more for him than the others. And they say that machismo no longer exists? As for me, if I had opened my mouth a little more, I would have been ordered to shut up or I would have been fired. Now it's going to be hard for him to come back. He served six months in prison and he will be tried for pedophilia and rape of young girls.
Remember that there is a grievance between the two artists. Indeed, in 2015, when he was questioned about his taste for young girls, Jean-Luc Lahaye had launched
I'm still not going to fuck Julie Pietri!
A remark which displeased the singer so much that she took him to court for defamation and attack on her honor. Complaint that she subsequently retracted
What he said was vulgar and sexist! Who can say that to a woman? That I am forced to withdraw my complaint due to pressure is even worse
