“C à Vous”: Philippe Katerine comes to sing live… without any clothes.

After his controversial performance at the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games on Monday, September 2, Philippe Katerine once again performed completely naked on the set of the show C to you on France 5, but with a very long beard hiding his private parts.

Philippe Katerine was the guest of the show “C to you"this Monday, September 2 to perform his song live"Nu“. The singer remained faithful to his last TV appearances, namely appearing on stage in his simplest attire. But, given the context of the show, France 5 (he sang standing up), Philippe Katerine had to find a solution to not “show too much”. A long, thick fake beard did the trick! At the end of the song, the presenter Anne-Élisabeth Lemoine could not help but declare:

I'm filling the time for Philippe to get dressed, because he was really naked. You shouldn't make any hasty movements Philippe with that beard.

The singer, worried, asked if he had made a mistake. But fortunately, the whole assembly reassured him very quickly. Philippe Katerine explained why he has been performing naked since the opening ceremony:

I tried to find outfits to sing this song Nu. I didn't find anything better. I have to find solutions every time. It's a game, I admit that I enjoy it. We have the right to have fun too... There is this Olympic truce, which even at the Élysée, we know well. The Olympic truce is pretending to make peace
