Zaz, from his real name Isabelle Geffroy, is a French singer born May 1, 1980 in Chambray-lès-Tours, in the department ofIndre-et-Loire. She is known for mixing different musical styles such as French variety, folk and blue-eyed soul. Zaz gained fame among the general public in 2010 with the release of his eponymous first album, in which the famous title “I want to". Zaz yet enjoys considerable success abroad. She admits that she prefers to sing abroad rather than France.
