I always need to have challenges to be a fulfilled man. Obviously, my family and my children fulfill me but to be the best version of myself, I also need to take on challenges. It's always been part of my DNA, and it's also important for me to be super active to show my children that whatever you want, you have to go get it. I want them to see me doubt, work and succeed, to see me celebrate victories with my teams. I want them to grow up seeing me in the heat of the moment
