Le circus circle (in English Circassian Circle) is a traditional dance originating fromEcosse and the north ofEnglande. It dates from the 19th century. Today we dance it folk balls or in festù-noz de Britain.
At the start of the dance, the dancers arrange themselves in a circle, facing the center, alternating boys and girls. Unless otherwise noted, each boy has his partner on the right and his neighbor on the left
