Disappointed and crying fans: Mylène Farmer's two concerts canceled by the authorities on Friday and Saturday plunged thousands of fans into desolation that was difficult to “bear”.
À St Denis, to be in the best possible position, some fans of Mylène Farmer had set up their tent several days ago, others spent several thousand euros to see their idol. The announcement of the cancellation, decided a few hours before the start of the concert, was inevitably badly received by ticket holders. Mylène Farmer shared his “tremendous sadness” through a statement released by his producer Thierry Suc :
Yesterday, circumstances forced us to cancel the two concerts at the Stade de France. After the shock, the astonishment and the immense sadness, all of Mylène Farmer's thoughts go to those who were delighted to live with her, these two evenings which promised to be magical, were to bring dreams as in the previous cities, and who had organized their transport and accommodation sometimes for almost two years.
