33 years of relationship with a man he wanted to keep secret

Homosexual relationships were not necessarily well regarded in the youth of Richard chamberlain. This is how he decided to keep everything concerning his love life a secret. He definitely didn't want the public to find out he was gay.

In 1989, the magazine Nous deux reveals that the famous actor is gay. This information was only confirmed by the main person concerned in 2003, in his autobiography entitled “Shattered Love: A Memoir".
