Ten finalists had one last chance to convince the viewers. Because for once, it was them and not the judges Hélène Ségara, Marianne James, Sugar Sammy and Éric Antoine, who decided the fate of the finalists. And it was finally the magician Mathieu Stepson who was designated as the winner of season 19 of “France’s Got Talent”. Magic can have an old-fashioned, cheesy and outdated image. Mathieu Stepson succeeds in dusting off the discipline. He does not hesitate to play with new technologies by alternating between reality and the impression of virtuality. He also defines himself as an illusionist.

In the minds of the general public in France, magic is reserved for children, while it affects everyone.
